Here are 5 easy steps to transfer your Business to Octopus Energy
- Click on the pink button which will take you to the Octopus website for Business applications.
- Type in your postcode. This will let Octopus know the correct tariff and supply type to offer you.
- Select your address and choose gas+electricity or just electricity.
- Choose your usage or let Octopus estimate it for you.
- Click “Quote me” and if you like the price click on “sign me up”
How to claim your £100 Credit
After you’ve added your details and joined you will receive a welcome email almost immediately. This will have your Octopus Business account number in it. Switching will be automatic, you do not have to contact your existing supplier, Octopus will do this for you. You can now either call or email them with both details asking for your referral Credit of £100.
Octopus usually answers calls within 2 mins so don’t worry about long on-hold times.

Joining Octopus by calling or email
Alternatively, you can call them on 0808 1693274 (a free call) and ask them to apply my £100 Octopus Referral Code for Business. You will need your details and mine on hand.

Issues or delays
If there are any problems making the switch, your new provider will contact you as soon as possible and will be responsible for putting the matter right.

If your current provider owes you any money, a refund will be no later than 14 days after sending you the final bill.
